Not what it used to be. Looking a bit rundown. Saved by a good breakfast.
Location is close to airport. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.
Well overdue for a makeover. Stayed here 10 years ago when it was smart and tidy. Looking a bit rundown now.

It was average.
The location was very handy it was close to the airport
The quality of the food served was not good. Particularly when you spend on dinner, their range of meals and quality was sadly not nice. The housekeeping did not come and check and when they did up room they failed to refill basic things such as coffee etc

Definitely not 4 star experience I was looking forward to, not worth the money and not kid friendly

Our check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm, we went there at 3 and still we had to wait till 4 to get our rooms. We requested for rooms close by which wasn't met. Had to walk 2 blocks every time. Hot water wasn't coming in one of the rooms and had to wait for more than 30 min for it to get fixed. In one of the rooms, shower was smaller than most motels we have been to. There were only bedside lamps and one other lamp, no ceiling lights at all.. It felt so gloomy after dark as there weren't enough lights. Tvs in the rooms are from 90s. I mean LCD monitors are bigger nowadays than their TV. There are multiple WiFis in the area, so to get connectivity everywhere, you have to manually connect to each. Not one powerful router. Floors were slippery everywhere because of rain, my daughter fell down twice. I wouldn't say it's kids friendly. Balcony had only one chair. What is the expectation really? Only one person sit out at any given time? Overall, didn't feel like it was 4 star accommodation. Not worth the money spent.
